i wrote a text for the works that are featured in the exhibition:
These Works ask questions about national identity and heritage.
Piberaner represents the conflict of Austria to accept the Slovenians
as part of austria.With fragments of a family history is about the
immigration politics of austria after the second world war, and the
struggle of refugees from transyslvania in austria after the war. Both
works are communicating with each other, therby creating an new work.
Two Works are going to be exhibited in the Exhibition “Free movement and residency rights for everyone!” October 1, 2008

Welche Bilder vermögen eine Realität wahrheitsgemäss einzufangen ?
Darf versucht werden das Undarstellbare darzustellen ?
Warum soll es ein Darstellungsverbot geben ?
Wenn jede Abbildung nur Simularca ist, warum wird sie doch immer wieder als real gesehen?
P.s.: Im Vortrag werden Bilder gezeigt die zwar schon oft gesehen, manche Person immer noch schockieren können, dies möchte ich nur noch vorab mitgeteilt haben.
